Day two of the Verint Global Customer Conference came in with a bang of entertainment as attendees were greeted by the Dallas Mavericks marching band.
Klik badges were lit up, and smiles were seen from all those in attendance during the morning General Session.
It was indeed a day of engagement, and thought-provoking conversation as over 30 breakout sessions got underway.
When 5:30 p.m. arrived for the Networking Reception to begin, one could hear the chatter of amazement that seemingly bounced off the walls of the Sheraton Dallas hotel around GDPR compliance, chatbots, intelligent virtual assistants and back-office solutions.
Laughter ensued as a day of knowledge sharing and inspiration came to an end.
Yes, day two of Verint Engage18 left attendees eagerly anticipating what pleasant surprises await them for day three.
