Aetna, AIG, Costco Wholesale, Telus International, Uber, Verizon, and Wells Fargo are among a group of household-name customers presenting at the Verint Engage global customer and partner conference in Orlando.
This year's event will be held May 20-23 at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and Loews Royal Pacific Resort. In addition to a broad range of informative breakout sessions -- many of them led by customers -- the event will feature pre-conference workshops focused on key solution areas, user groups, and networking opportunities. New York Times bestselling author Dan Heath will deliver a keynote session on how to use the power of moments to manage and lead successful change, make communication "stickier," and improve decision-making skills.
Attendees will be able to get a sneak peek at what Verint is planning for the future in the Product Innovation Zone. They'll also have the opportunity to share perspectives on doing business with us in the Customer Experience Zone. The popular breakfast roundtable and Coffee Talk sessions will offer attendees a unique opportunity to meet with other users from their region or industry and discuss best practices, concerns, tips and ideas.
