More than 1,500 people gathered in Orlando, Florida the week of May 20 for our Engage Global Customer and Partner Conference. Over four days, attendees participated in keynote and breakout sessions, networking opportunities -- and a special gala at SeaWorld! New York Times bestselling author Dan Heath wowed the crowd with a keynote presentation on the power of moments, and why certain experiences can have extraordinary impact in our life and work.
