Upcoming Event: Sharing Resources in Public Safety
Posted in Customer Engagement
Verint is going to address how public safety answering points record and store data using shared technology across multiple agencies. Themes will explore enterprise class recording in a multi-site shared environment
Verint’s Gary Schiavo, national strategic account manager, will present the session titled “Sharing Resources – Enterprise Level Communication Recording: New, Expanded Enterprise Class Recording in a Multi-Site Shared Environment” at the Missouri NENA-APCO Conference and also the APCO/MSA/NENA 911 Communications Conference.
The presentations will explain how, as PSAPs continue to consolidate, agencies are looking to cut costs, share resources and share data. As a result, enterprise-level technology solutions will become the wave of the future. Attendees will learn the importance of sharing hardware resources across multiple agencies, disaster recovery and redundancy benefits of enterprise-class solutions, and real-world examples of system deployments.
The Missouri NENA-APCO Conference session takes place at 2 p.m. CT on March 18, and the presentation at the APCO/MSA/NENA 911 Communications Conference is on March 27 at 9:45 a.m. CT.
