Verint Engage18: A Reflection On Day One

The Verint Global Customer Conference. Excitement, energy, and anticipation filled the air as attendees entered the Sheraton Dallas Hotel for day one of Engage18. They were greeted with bright orange shirts and warm smiling faces at the registration desk.
Swag bags were in full swing.
The mobile station provided assistance with downloading the ever-popular KLIK app, empowering attendees to share contact info electronically.
There was a buzz that could be heard and felt as the pre-conference sessions got underway and attendees engaged in thought-provoking conversations.
Then 6:30 p.m., arrived.
Attendees found themselves engulfed in laughter, food, entertainment and over 40 booths featuring solutions that help craft customer and employee engagement success.
Yes, day one of the Verint Engage18 ushered in a wealth of enthusiasm, knowledge sharing, inspiration—and fun—for all those in attendance.
