Verint Helps National Bank of Commerce Enhance Branch Surveillance

For more than 80 years, National Bank of Commerce (NBC) has provided financial services and support to the communities of the “Twin Ports” of Wisconsin and Minnesota. NBC relied on an analog video system to help enhance security and reduce fraud, and had multiple third-party systems in place.
In order to enhance its current network and bring the bank into the next evolution of technology infrastructure, NBC selected Verint’s end-to-end IP video solution—including intelligent edge devices, cameras, analytics and powerful notification and response functionality—across its branch network.
In addition, the bank purchased licenses for our anti-skimming/loitering and facial detection analytics software. When fully implemented, NBC will use our solutions to manage the switches and integrate its teller/ATM transactions with our video.
Today, National Bank of Commerce has a robust surveillance network to help mitigate risks, streamline investigations and deter threats.
In addition, the bank also looks to build its reputation as an active community partner and strong collaborator with other local businesses, first responders, and law enforcement to help investigate area crimes and—when needed—share evidence with local police.
