Thank you so much to everyone who attended our webinar last Thursday called “Adapting to Our New World: 5 Ways to Help Your Employees Work from Home.” If you were unable to make it, you can watch the replay from March 19. Here are five tips attendees explored.
Get Comfortable with the Unknown: No one knows how long today’s “normal” will last. Understand the employee perspective, the manager perspective, and be ready to communicate and collaborate in a virtual space.
Define the New Normal: Balance sensitivity and driving productivity in the face of disruptions.
Adapt Fast: Update your definition of productivity and adjust the tools you use—some of which you may already have.
Be informed: Be a manager that knows what’s going on without disrupting employee work effort or morale. You can do this by using your existing Desktop and Process Analytics (DPA) solution to virtually “walk the floor.”
Handle unexpected volume fluctuations: Identify changes to call trends with speech analytics. Enable employees with how to answer these new questions—then apply that intelligence to self-service.
There’s a whole lot more where that came from, so download the webinar replay link today and dig in.
